Most clients begin with an initial consultation, followed by a first review at two weeks, and monthly appointments thereafter for around six months.

This helps us ensure that your session is arranged at a time that suits you and allows us to tailor the experience to your needs. Initial Consultation
A 90 minute comprehensive appointment including full health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, cycle tracking (if applicable), and emotional wellbeing. You'll leave with a personalised herbal prescription and a written care plan.

Follow-Up Consultation
A 45 minute appointment for reviewing progress, making adjustments to prescriptions, and deepening support.

Acute Consultation
A 30 minute appointment for one-off or short-term support—e.g. colds, infections, sleep disturbances, digestive upset, stress, or emotional first aid.

All herbal prescriptions are individually prepared using organic and ethically sourced herbs.
Prescriptions are charged at £8.50 per 100ml or 100g
